Kent Farrington and Greya win 1.60m CSIO5* Rolex Grand Prix La Baule!

No fewer than eleven combinations lined up for the 1.60m Rolex Grand Prix of La Baule! In the end, Kent Farrington with his 10-year-old mare, Greya (Colestus), jumped to victory.

The winners of the Rolex Grand Prix in Rome, Karl Cook with Caracole de la Roque (Zandor), were hot on the heels of their compatriot Farrington and his 10-year-old Colestus daughter. However, they were unable to beat Farrington's time. Cook thus finished in second place with his SF mare. Belgium's Gregory Wathelet followed at a considerable distance.

Wathelet, with his 13-year-old SF stallion, Bond Jamesbond de Hay (Diamant de Semilly), jumped to third place!

Last to start, Pius Schwizer jumped to an eventual fourth place. Schwizer followed with Scarlina de Tiji Z (Scendro), ahead of Martin Fuchs and the KWPN gelding, Leone Jei (Baltic VDL).

Jérôme Guery and Quel Homme de Hus (Quidam de Revel) also qualified for the jump-off. The pair ended up in eighth place with one jumping fault in the barrage!
