3-star victories for Qatar and Saudi Arabia on third day in Doha
Another day at the beautiful venue in Doha is facing an end. The CSI3* classes of the third day of competition have already found their winnars while riders are still fighting about the title in todays main class in the CSI5* group.

In the accumulator class with a total of 43 competitors Qatari riders were clearly dominating, accounting for about half of the total amount of starters. In the end however, it was Ramzy Hamad Al Duhami for Saudi Arabia, who claimed the victory in this 1.30m class. Aboard the BWP-gelding High Quality J (by Quadrillo) he closed his round within 46:79 seconds and stayed ahead of the Columbian Andres Penalosa, riding Tenor de Rouhet (by Jumpy des Fontaines). With his time of 47:51 seconds he still defeated Jaber Rashid Al Amri and the SBS-bred Canavaro de Muze (by Bamako de Muze) finishing in 48:47 seconds.

In the 1.45m class with final jump off, Khalid Mohammed A S Al Emadi led the lap of honour. Aboard the KWPN-mare Tamira IV (by Damiro) he set the highscore with a clear round in 39:63 seconds. Only one other combination stayed double clear as well and finished on a well-deserved second place. French Frederic David riding the BWP chestnut Equador van't Roosakker (by Nabab de Reve) completed the jump-off in 45:40 seconds. Rakan Al Hasawi accumulated 8 penalties aboard his KWPN-gelding Dennis (by Quidam de Revel) but completed the podium in 40:52 seconds.
