Aachen and Lisbon to welcome top of the show jumping world

This week the top of the world is heading for the center of the equestrian community, Aachen, Germany. The Rolex Grand Slam is what it is all about. The show always attracts the best riders in the world and this year we find nine of the top ten riders on the World Ranking present which includes the top three; Scott Brash, Daniel Deusser and Steve Guerdat. A total of 14 Nations will be represented by 48 riders, riding 136 horses.

In Lisbon it is the CSIO3* that attrackts the equestrian show jumpers. This week, the third leg of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Europe Division 2 takes place in Lisbon, Portugal. Finland and Portugal are the two teams that can pick up points at the event, but also Belgium, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy and America send teams. At the moment it is Ukrain who tops the ranking in Division 2. With a total of 180 points it is followed by Finland and Czechia.
