British Chef d'équipe Di Lampard has chosen a strong team that will pose a threat to the reigning champions, The Netherlands.
The British team :

- Michael Whitaker & Cassionato.
The German team had not actually qualified for the finals, as they finished at the bottom of the league standings, but as a result of the Japanese Team withdrawing the German team now have their chance. Otto Becker is sending the team that won Team Silver at the European Championships in Aachen a few weeks ago.
