Canadian win for Jim Ifko and Celine LS La Silla in Big Tour Mexico

Jim Ifko piloted ten-year-old Celine LS La Silla (Quintero) to the first place of the Big Tour 1,45m Longines ranking class of Mexico today. He took the lead over four home riders in the top five.

Celine finished in 40,56 seconds during the jump-off, almost one second faster than the Lupicor-stallion Epicor Da Gandarinha and Pasquel Mendez, the best Mexican duo. Patricio Pasquel followed aboard Dublin in 42,7 seconds.

The rest of the top five remained in Mexican hands. Miguel Angel Torres Hernandez finished fourth with Chacendra (Chacco-Blue), Ana Maria Martinez Vazquez took the fifth spot with No Limint (Nekton).
