The Chilean Uri Rosenzweig, with Elton Flandria Horse, second in the start list, has been the winner of the Cartujano Trophy, ending with a clear round in 58,70 seconds. Magnificent performance of the american Emily Moffit with her two horses, ending second riding Chaplin and fourth with Thalis de la Roque. The Spanish Patricio Maldonado, next to last in the star list, achieved a fantastic third position with Texas de Trebompe. The next Spanish best classified has been José Bono in sixth position.

53 pairs have played the Cartujano Trophy, of the international 2* competition, which is being held in the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid until Sunday and eighteen riders, have completed with clear round.

The opening Trophy of the Madrid International Jumping Competition, CSI2*, has taken place this morning in the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid. The Venezuelan Gustavo Mirabal was the winner of the first class, and the british Tess Carmichael with an incredible performance on Unique III in the second class.

This Trophy has had two international classes, both under two phases, heights 1.15m and 1.25m, and with 39 riders. In the first one the American Brooke Gunther, which was second and third with two of her horses, led the classification during most of the time until Mirabal riding G & C Leroy 136, snatched the victory after beating 27 hundredths her time. The Italian rider Felipe Coutinho did two great rounds classifying second in the ranking with Chandor 10. Third was the Russian rider, but housed here in Spain, Stefania Buzykanova.

The show tomorrow starts at 9:15 am with the Coca Cola Trophy and continue at 12:00 with the Volvo Trophy. In the afternoon Iberdrola and Massimo Dutti Trophies will be held. But not everything is competition in the CCVM. In addition to the shopping village and the pony park, there will be two concerts at noon and in the afternoon in the food trucks area.
