CSI Vilamoura: Page takes spectacular win in 1,35m class
Besides the LR 1,45m class that was ridden earlier this afternoon, a 1,30m class was scheduled for this afternoon as well in Vilamoura. In that class it was up to 68 combinations to compete for the victory. Everyone gave the best of himself, but in the end it was the British rider Timothy Page who took the victory. He and his KWPN mare Elvero (f. Amadeus) speeded through the course and finished in 31,73 seconds. With this tome they were only a little bit faster than the Portuguese rider Francisco Rocha who ended on second place with C Berriz Z (f. Coltaire), a 11-year old Zangersheide mare. The third place went to the Brazilain rider Luiz Felipe de Azevedo. He and his Galouba Van'T Zorgvliet (f. Balou du Rouet) left the wood untouched and finished in 33, 13 seconds.

On number four, there was a Brazilian rider as well. Joa Victor Castro and Quarelie de La Louvet (v. Nadir Di San Patrignano) finished in 33,16 seconds, leaving the wood untouched. The French rider Thibault Pomares completed the top five with his Testarossa des Sadets (v. Laurenz).

In the 1,20m class, the victory went to the Irish rider Tracy Walshe. She and her Simply Fernhill (f. Dario) jumped a clear round in 57,74 seconds. Luca Ruxandario ended on second place with his 12-year old Non Stop R gelding. Tis Romanian combination jumped a clear round in 60,63 seconds. Diana Vansconcellos and Edesa's Requin (f. Kashmir van Schuttershof) completed the top three. They left the wood untouched and finished in 64,82 seconds.

Vanessa Jobson Scott (Crocantino Of Greenhill Z) and Arthur Da Silva (Via Les Cedres Verts) completed the top five.
