Deusser dived under Steve Guerdat's time who aboard Bianca (Balou du Rouet) finished in second place in 35.54 seconds. For Belgium Olivier Philippaerts claimed the third place aboard H&M Legend of Love (Landzauber) in 35.59 seconds.
Taking the fourth place was Mark McAuley with Jasco vd Bisschop, followed by Henrik von Eckermann and Toveks Mary Lou in fifth place.
