Darragh Kenny wins main class in Vilamoura

In Vilamoura, it was up to the three-star riders today. The main class of today was a 1,40m class with the jump-off. In that jump-off it was the Irish rider Darragh Kenny who took home the victory. With Picolo (Diamant de Semilly) under the saddle, he jumped a clear jump-off in 37,43 seconds.

Second place was for the Dutch rider Jelmer Hoekstra. He rode Amour 44 (Numero Uno) to the finish line in 37,81 seconds. Ben Maher ended on third place. He and Jule van den Tinnenpot (Calvaro) cleared the course in 38,60 seconds.

The Belgian rider Kevin Gielen took account of the fourth place with Durano E (Canturano). Felipe Ramos Guinato completed the five with Goodtimes Van'T Lozerhof (Kashmir van Schuttershof).

Besides a 1,40m class, a 1,35m class was scheduled as well. This was a class ridden against the clock. In this class, the victory went to Bernardo Naveillan and Tenor d'Elle. They cleared the course in 59,97 seconds.

Second place was for Joa Pereira Couthino. He jumped and Cheribalou (Baloubet du Rouet) jumped a clear round in 63,69 seconds. Goergie Crumley completed the top three with Renkum Centre Star (Renkum Off-Centre).

Marie Hecart (Urbana) and Rafael Dinis Rocha (Clever Boy vd Ruitershoeve) completed the top five.
