El Ghali Boukaa jumped to victory aboard the 10-year-old Ugolino du Clos (L'Arc de Triomphe). The pair jumped to victory in 50.74 seconds. With almost one second difference Alison Barton placed as runner-up in the saddle of Roma IV. The British female show jumper was followed by her compatriot, Jessica Mendoza and Sam De Bacon (Kashmir van Schuttershof).
Both Nicolas Deseuzes and Dominique Hendrickx produced a faster round as El Ghali Boukaa, but jumped one rail down. France's Deseuzes followed in fourth with Quilane de Lezeaux (Grenat de Grez) while Belgium's national champion, Dominque Hendrickx completed the top five in the saddle of Kannabis van de Bucxtale (Contact vd Heffinck).
