Compatriot Jur Vrieling did a great job as well. Together with VDL Stud's Carrera Vdl (by Cardento) Vrieling stopped the clock in 35.80 seconds, following as runner-up. Germany's Jan Wernke followed in a third place after a clear round with Queen Mary (by Contendro).
With his win, Bruggink went home with a new car. The top five was completed by Carsten Otto Nagel (Holiday by Solitour) and Holger Wulschner (BSC Skipper). Both pairs finished the 1.45/1.50m class clear.
