Gudrun Patteet speeds to Worldcup victory in Helsinki
A total of 10 combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the Western-European League Worldcup of Helsinki. First at the start of the shortened track was Arthur Da Silva aboard the 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood-son of Nonstop, Inonstop van T Voorhap. Inonstop was competed by Patrik Spits until 2016. Today the pair set the tone with two jumping faults, from which one jumping into the double combination.

It was until third at the start Steve Guerdat the first clear round was set. Guerdat ment business as he took all the risks with his 11-year-old BWP-mare, Hannah (Dulf van den Bisschop). The pair finished in 40.10 seconds.

Second but last at the start, Belgium's leading lady, Gudrun Patteet eventually set the record time with her 12-year-old Sea Coast Pebbles Z (Picasso). Patteet stopped the timers in 39.30 seconds leaving HAns-Dieter Dreher with the 17-year-old Embassy II (Escudo I) in second place.

The stage was completed by Peder Fredricson and Hansson WI.
