Guery and Vereecke on top on home soil
Koen Vereecke took his second win of the weekend, when he went to the top of Saturday morning’s CSI3* 1.35m accumulator class presented by Stephex Stables.

Riding the 8-year-old BWP stallion Jaro vd Donkhoeve (Dore Van 'T Zorgvliet x Calato), Vereecke picked up the maximum amount of points – 65 – and crossed the finish line with the by far best time of the class as the clock showed 51.18 seconds. Over three seconds behind followed Patrick Mc Entee (AZE) on Alice Mury Marais Z (Air Jordan Z x Calvin Z) to take care of runner-up position, while third place went to Kim Emmen (NED) on Flock (Spartacus x Sambucco).

The CSI3* 1.40m Table A with an immediate jump-off presented by Verzekeringen Afschrift saw Jérôme Guery bring another victory home to host nation Belgium.

Riding the 8-year-old stallion Quickys (Diamant de Semilly x Phosph’Or X), Guery was nearly two seconds faster in the jump-off than runner-up Emma Stoker (GBR) on Tendresse du Fort (Calvaro x Grand Veneur). Kim Emmen (NED) made it to the podium again, this time riding Cibalia ( Numero Uno x Silvio II).
