In a Jump-Off with 15 combinations the majority left the wood untouched. Eventually it was France's Harold Boisset who speeded to victory in the saddle of his SF-mare, Bugatti des Forets (Ready Boy des Forets*HN). The combination was the only the cross the finish in under 44 seconds.
With just not a second difference, Marlon Modolo Zanotelli followed as runner-up with the Dutch-bred Fastday VDL. The stage was completed by Francesco Turturiello and his 12-year-old Quidam's Rubin-son, Quinoa des Pres.
