The 9 year old bay gelding (Diamant de Semilly x Papillon Rouge) was previously competed by Irish rider Hayley Dunne and together they took part in the European Championships for young riders in Arezzo.
Hello Gov'nor will join Hello Sanctos and Hello Annie, amongst others, in Brash's exciting string of horses.
