Ireland on top in Sankt Gallen's Nations Cup
The second leg of the FEI Furusiyya Nations Cup in Sankt Gallen has a winner. In the second round of this Europe Division 1 Nations Cup series, the competition was disturbed by heavy rain. The extreme weather caused some influence on the results of some pairs.

In the end it was Ireland who took home the win with a total of eight points. Greg Patrick Broderick and MHS Going Global (by Quidam Junior I) produced two clear rounds. Bertram Allen and Molly Malone V had some communication issues in the first round, resulting in 10 penalties. However they showed their worth in the second round, finishing clear.

Compatriot Denis Lynch tacked up All Star (by Argentinus) and jumped two times one rail down. Last team member Cian O'Connor and Good Luck (by Canturo) also produced some impressive showjumping. In the first round the pair concluded with one time penalty, pasing up in the second round they kept the score clear.

A total of four countries shared the runner-up spot. the USA, Sweden, France and Germany all finished with a total of 12 points. Home country, Switzerland had to be satisfied with the 6th place after a total of 20 points.
