It is "Rocking" Vrieling in Falsterbo
The Dutch show jumping rider, Jur Vrieling is unbeatable in Falsterbo. Earlier this week Vrieling almost won every class he competed in. Today he added two victories to this string. Aboard his 9-year-old Diamant de Semilly-mare, Acascia Vrieling jumped to glory in the Runsten Equestrian Trophy.

In this 1.50m track, Vrieling crossed the finish faultless in 67.27 seconds, staying ahead over one second on Emeric Georges with the 12-year-old SF-gelding, Rocker d'Ysieux (by Crown Z). The French pair stopped the timer in 67.38 seconds.

Denis Lynch and the Acolord-daughter, RMF Zecilie followed in a third place in 68.04 seconds. Together with the Belgian Warmblood-sire, Curis Sitte (by Ugano Sitte) Switzerland's Paul Estremann placed outside the stage in a fourth place.

The top five was completed by Thomas Ryan and Quite Zero (by quite Capitol).

Vrieling wins again!

Earlier this morning Vrieling jumped to victory in the championships for seven-year-old horses. Aboard the Casall-son, Curcuma he was followed by compatriot Ruben Romp with the KWPN-mare, Flair. A daughter of Vrieling's ride, Zirocco Blue VDL. Romp needed over two seconds more to finish the course.

 

 

Ireland's Marc McAuley and Al Capone Massuere (by Nabbuco) completed the stage.
