Julien Epaillard on top in Rome
As the crowd is ready for the final 1.50m CSI5* class in Rome it was Julien Epaillard who speeded to victory in the 1.45m class. The French show jumping rider jumped to victory aboard the 10-year-old Usual Suspect d'Auge (Jarnac). The pair was the only to finish in under 57 seconds.

Together with the 10-year-old Isabeau de Laubry (Cardento I) Marlon Modolo Zanotelli followed as runner-up. Zanotelli and the Belgian Warmblood-mare crossed the finish in 57.03 seconds. The stage was completed by Mark McAuley in the saddle of the Swedish gelding, Miebllo (Flyinge Quite Easy 958).

Roger-Yves Bost placed outside the stage with Castleforbes Talitha (Cardenio) in a fourth place. Emily Moffitt completed the top five aboard the 13-year-old Copain du Perchet CH (Conteur).
