Kristaps Neretnieks and Joris Vergauwen win the young horses final in Azelhof
In Lier at Azelhof the final for young horses from six and seven years old has finished. The winner from the seven year old horses was Kristaps Neretnieks for Latvia. He came into the arena with Cornet's Spirit (by Cornet Obolensky) and went through the finish in 38.65 seconds.  The two won different CSi1* classes in Poland and got a third place in Oliva last year. Cornet's Spirit was bred in Germany by Simone Konopka.

The second place was for Wilm Vermeir with Kiadora (by Diadora) who stopped the clock in 39.44 seconds. The top three was completed by Thomas van Minnebruggen who had Koshin de Muze (by Vigo D'Arsouilles) under his saddle. The two stopped the time in 41.53 seconds.

The fourth place was for Gilles Thomas, he rode Konak (by Nabab de Reve) and stopped the chrono in 42.23 seconds. Joe Clee came into the fifth place with Hennesy in 42.15 seconds.

Before the final of the seven year old horses there was the final for the six year old horses. After his victory on Thursday it was again Joris Vergauwen who took the lead. He rode F - La Belle Z a Zangersheide mare by Golden Hawk who also won the five year old horses in Lanaken. He went clear around the course in 39.52 seconds.

The second place was for Jan de Pauw with Crystal de Lau who crossed the finish line in 40.92 seconds. The top three was completed by Ive Tonet. He rode Givoli (by Darco) and stopped the chrono in 42.34 seconds.

The Swedish Hendrik Von Eckermann took the fourth place with Campina Junior (by Campino 51) in a time of 42.50 seconds. Dirk Demeersman completed the top five with Luigi (by Arko III) in 42.94 seconds.
