This afternoon at 3 o'clock started "The Snowman Stakes" 1.45 class in the CSI5*-W at Olympia in London. It was the second jumping class of the day and had 37 combinations on the starting list.
Of these 37 combinations, 9 made it to the jump-off, in which only 5 combinations made it through clear. The winner of this class was Laura Kraut (USA) with her 9-year old mare Cavalia (v. Vingino) in a time of 32.70 seconds. Lorenzo di Luca finished second in a time of 33.78seconds with his BWP stallion Halifax van het Kluizebos (v. Heartbreaker). The top 3 was completed by the german rider Maurice Tebbel and his mare Camilla PJ (v. Calme).
Later tonight we finish the day with the THE LONGINES CHRISTMAS CRACKER, International jumping competition with jump-off (1.60 m). In this class, we can see some of the top FEI ranked riders such as Scott Brash(N°1), Daniel Deusser(N°4), Marcus Ehning(N°5) and many more.
