Aboard Rembrandt Blue, Renwick blitzed the opposition and crossed the finish line in round one over 5 seconds faster than her nearest opponent. Laura's time of 62.21 was enough to earn her the win and the €1500 in prize money.
Renwicks teammate Nick Benterman took second place with Adico with a clear round in the time of 67.29 seconds. Home rider Hugo Tavares finished in third place with Phebus du Fief, also with a clear round but in the slightly slower time of 67.77 seconds.
