Luiz Felipe Neto de Azevedo takes the lead in Vilamoura
The morning in Vilamoura started with the CSI3* 1.20m where the victory went to Luiz Felipe Neto de Azevedo. He came into the arena with Quinola de La Motte and went over the finish line in 23.82 seconds.

He was followed by the French Manon Jobin who had under her saddle Picasso Sissart (by Quick Star) and stopped the clock in 24.71 seconds. The top three was completed by António Chaves Ramos with Eblesse (by Darco) in a time off 25,50 seconden.

The fourth place was for another Portuguese rider Hugo Tavares who rode B.B. Famaguda (by Barco Dormakkers) and put the chrono in 25.79 seconds. Timonthy Page came in the fifth place with Exclusive O'Hesseln (by Vigaro) in 26.13 seconds.

Before there was also the CSI1* 1.10m where the female British riders took the top three. On the first place came Vanessa Jobson-Scott with her BWP Arthur van de Helle (by Concorde) in a time of 43.39 seconds. The second place was for Abbie Summers who had under her saddle Quantas (by Quality) and went over the finish line in 43.49 seconds. The third British rider was Elizabeth Mantal who rode Caoimhes Delight around the jump-off in 44.76 seconds.
