Marion Hughes' Z Seven Caretina jumps to glory in Abu Dhabi's Young Horses GP
The young horses Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi was the first class of the day. In this class it was the 6-years-old Z Seven Caretina (by Coltaire Z) who speeded to victory. With the Irish show jumping rider, Michael Pender the mare jumped a faultless jump-off in 36.08 seconds. Only two combinations produced a double clear round.

Z Seven Caretina is a breeding product of Pender's compatriot Marion Hughes. The Z-years-old Diaradino (by Diarado) jumped with his breeder/owner, Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi to a second place. The pair crossed the finish in 38.23 seconds.

Ahmed Al Suwaidi Salim followed in a third spot with the 7-years-old gelding Snapp Jack (by Stolzenberg). The pair jumped one rail down in 36.29 seconds. Portugal's Joao Marquilhas and Franciscus Stylt E (by Indoctro) placed fourth.

The top five was completed by France's Frédéric David and the 7-years-old Belgian Warmblood mare Karamel d'Esprit (by Erco van 't Roosakker).
