Today the organisation of the Master Grand Slam competitions announced it's big reveal. Live at the EEM headquarters Ecurie d'Ecaussinnes, the organisation announced it's new name. The new name doesn't come as a surprise as Longines is already title and head sponsor of about every equestrian event in the world. The Swiss watch brand teamed up with the FEI, Chinese equestrian federation and the USA World Cup Finals oc. Now it's the turn for the EEM to become one of the 'Lucky few' to get sponsored by Longines.
As the EEM is transformed in to the Longines Master Grand Slam it seems this exclusive series of three events is becoming the rival of the Rolex Grand Slam series. With competitions in Los Angelos, Paris and Hong Kong it is a worthy oponent of the Rolex Grand Slam, held at the world renowned Spruce Meadows, CHI Genèva and of course ... Aachen.
