Max Kühner's 'Clintop 2' sold

Max Kühner's top horse Clintop 2 has been sold to the American rider Paige Johnson. Together with Kühner, the 11 year old gelding by Clinton x Calvaro has had great results at international Grand Prix level and in December last year the pair won the 1.55 Gaston Glock's Championat von Salzburg.

Kühner bought Clintop 2 as a six year old, and has produced the horse up to top level. "This is my main job; I buy young horses and build them up. I usually have them for several years before they are sold, like with Clintop. Luckily I now have a few very good seven and eight year olds in the stable, so I already have some new prospects for the future," Kühner says.
