Olivier Philippaerts races to victory in Paris
The Philippaerts family is doing very well in Paris. Earlier today, Thibault already won the U25. Now, big brother Olivier gave the competition a run for their money in the CSI5* 1,50m with Cataleya 3.

This class against the clock went over 1,50m-high fences. Philippaerts beat Alberto Zorzi to the punch with his Cachas-daughter Cataleya. Zorzi counted on Athina Onassis' horse Danique (Zento) for his second place. This pair also remained under 62 seconds on the clock. Kevin Staut completed the stage in front of his home audience.

Aboard Edesa's Cannary (Caretino), Staut was able to beat Louise Saywell by two seconds. The British rider followed on the fourth spot with eleven-year-old Golden Wave OL (Nartago). The top five was completed by Belgiums Celine Schoonbroodt and Cheppetta (Chepetto).
