Patrice Delaveau excites home crowd in Paris
Today the Longines Masters of Paris concluded the 2015 edition with an exciting final playing the Marseillaise in the end.  Patrice Delaveau and Lacrimoso 3*HDC took home the 1.60m Grand Prix victory ensuring a home win for France. A total of 25 horse-rider combinations ligned up for the first jump-off.

The first part of the first round seemed to be harder as expected. Different combinations quit the course  without crossing the finish line. This was the case of Bertram Allen (Romanov), Abdelkebir Ouaddar (Quickly de Kreisker) and also World Number One Scott Brash (Hello M'Lady).

Eventually 16 pairs proceed to the second round. Aboard Tinka's Serenade Billy Twomey set the bar finishing in a fast time. Apart from a small set back in the double it was however Patrice Delaveau and Lacrimoso 3*HDC impressed the crowd. Finishing Over one second faster as Simon Delestre and Hermès Ryan (des Hayettes), who finished second. Billy Twomey finished third.

The top five was completed by Maikel Van der Vleuten with VDL Groep Arera C and Lauren Hough with Ohlala. With his win Patrice Delaveau took home 115,500 Euro.
