Peder Fredericson triumphs the Grand Prix of Cannes

In Cannes the riders just gave their best in the LGCT Grand Prix at 1.60m height. It proved to be a hard course as only eight riders managed to put in a clear round. These eight came back for the jump off, Peder Fredericson was the one to put in the fastest time. Aboard the ten year old Hansson WL (Hip Hop) he stopped the counter in 38,05 seconds. Just 0,4 seconds faster than Harrie Smolders with the Diamant de Semilly son Emerald. Simon Delestre took home the bronze medal for France, he rode Hermes Ryan (Hugo Gesmeray) and finished in 38,53 seconds. Jur Vrieling finished fourth with VDL Glasgow v. Merelsnest N.O.P. (Nabab de Reve) and Rolf-Göran Bengsston closed of the top five with Oak Grove's Carlyle (Casall). Click here for the results.
