Pius Schwizer jumps to victory in Leipzig.

Aboard the 11-year-old Landjuweel-gelding, Leonard de la Ferme CH, Pius Schwizer continued his winning streak of the last weeks. Today he added another win at the CSI5* in Leipzig, Germany. The pair crossed the finish in 61.92 seconds, just no three seconds faster as Ludger Beerbaum. This 'living legend' tacked up his old trusted "buddy", the 18-years-old Chaman (by Baloubet du Rouet). The pair stopped the clock in 64.11 seconds, good for the second place.

Scott Brash and Hello Annie (by Contendro I) followed in a third place after they stopped the time in 65.20 seconds, still good for over 11,000 euro in earnings. The top five was completed by two German combinations.

Hans-Dieter Dreher and the 13-year-old Cool and Easy (by Contender) place on a fourth spot whie Marcus Ehning and the 10-year-old Cornado I-son, Cordynox completed the top five.

 

Denis Lynch and the 13-year-old BWP-stallion, Echo de Laubry (by Virus de Laubry) followed in a sixth place.
