It was USA rider Spencer Smith who was victorious aboard his Theodore Manciais (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) in this 40 combinations strong jump-off. The pair flew through the finish line in 34.21 seconds. With that time he stayed ahead of Brasil's Yuri Mansur and his Belgium Warmblood Hunter van het Indihof (by Bentley) with whom he took second place in 35.21 seconds. Completing the top three was France's Simon Delestre aboard Conbelleza (by Conthargos) in 35.43 seconds.
For the Netherlands it was Henk van de Pol aboard the talented eight year old Looyman Z (by Numero Uno) in fourth place, while Belgium's Celine Schroonbroodt kept a clear round with Cheppetta (by Chepetto) leaving her in fifth place.
