Tom Martens makes it a home win at De Peelbergen
he quality or riding in tonight's CSI2* Medium Tour at the Peelbergen was exceptionally high setting up for crowded jump-off that gave the audience a healthy dose of top sports. A total of 24 combinations kept away from the wood resulting in a major battle that was won by Dutch rider Tom Martens.

Martens and the Holsteiner mare Vodka Ut (by Cassini I) flew around the course with timely turns and a good dose of speed the pair crossed finish line of the 1.40m in 34.29 seconds. By doing so the Dutchman pushed provisional leader, Abdel Said and Itchy the Lambroeck (by. Berlin) who opened the jump-off with an amazing round in 36.47 seconds, down to second place. At the end of the jump-off the Egyptian saw another Dutch rider push him down the leader board. This time it was the charming Aniek Poels who saddled her Baggio 11 (v. Hearthbreaker)and stopped the clock at 36.04. However the pair did not come near the super ride of Martens they did secure second position.

German Christoper Kläsener and Casaro 3 (by. Castor) completed the top five in the international competition. Whilst Dutch rider Zoi Snels and elegant stallion Star Power TN finished in sixth place.
