Stefan Eder and Condaro speed to victory in CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix of Rouen

50 participants at the start of the Grand Prix in Rouen, France and only twelve in the jump-off. This reflects how technically difficult the course was built over 1.55m high obstacles. But Stefan Eder didn't crack under the pressure and was the one to cry victory!

The Austrian Eder was the man to beat in this 4* Grand Prix. With Condaro (by Contendro I) he kept Valentin Besnard two hundredths behind him. The Frenchman had to settle for silver at Dynastie de Beaufour (by Diamant de Semilly). More than half a second later, Pénélope Leprévost crossed the finish line with Bingo Del Tondou (by Vigo d'Arsouilles) and finished third.

Annelies Vorsselmans was one of the three Belgian combinations that was allowed to compete for gold until the very end. The rider kept Iron Man 15 (by Indoctro) clear, something only the top three managed to do. Vorsselmans did not get the great speed from the twelve-year-old stallion, but their caution was rewarded with a fourth place.
