Victor Bettendorf is getting down some great results in the French St-Tropez. Over at Hubside Jumping he already took a third place twice but now managed to finish in first position in the main class on friday. Over a height of 1.55m the showjumpers battled for victory in this Longines Ranking class which also counted as a qualifier for the Grand Prix.
Bettendorf's Simolo de La Roque Z delivered a third place in the ranking class over 1.45m earlier on but now managed to take the win. In a jump-off with only 4 riders present the pair was the fastest around. With half a second lead they stayed ahead of Julien Gonin and Valou du Lys. Patriot Cedric Hurel rod to a third place on the back of Fantasio Floreval Z.
Fourth place went to Trevor Breen with Highland President (v. Clinton), fifth was for Jana Wargers in the saddle of Limbridge (v. Limbus).
