Since sponsor Longines has pulled back, it is not sure whether the Paris Masters can take place at all this year. Normally the competition would take place in December.
Earlier this week, it was announced that Longines will no longer be the sponsor of the Master series. Christophe Ameeuw, the organisator of the event, then already said he was looking into several possibilities. The French paper 'L'Equipe', now announced that it is not sure if the event can take place at all.
