Leprevost collects ranking points in CSI3* Grimaud

In Grimaud, the ranking class of the CSI3* competition over a height of 1m45 was jumped just now. It was a class with separate jump-off. Of the 34 competitors, ten managed to jump a clear first round. A jump-off with ten would therefore decide the winner. In that jump-off, it was ultimately Penelope Leprevost who drew the longest straw. She was the last to start in the jump-off and made firewood of Verlooy's time, who had already set a better time for Fontanelle just before her. Leprevost rode Fantasy de la Roque Z (by For Hero de Hus) clear through the jump-off course in 39.99 seconds, immediately enough for victory.

Jos Verlooy followed in second place. He was able to record a clear round behind his name in 41.10 seconds in the saddle of Fts Killossery Konfusion (by Siec Livello). Just behind him came Alexandre Fontanelle. He counted on Hamlet Cooper (by Casall) to jump a clear round in 41.13 seconds. This earned him the bronze medal.

For her part, Petronella Andersson took home fourth place. She was able to record a clear jump-off behind her name in 41.19 seconds in the saddle of Odina van Klapscheut (by I Am Moerhoeve's Star). Julien Gonin completed the top three. His Caprice de Guinfard (by Mylord Carthago) left all the bars in the scoops and finished in 41.60 seconds.

CSI3* 1m50

The day ended with a 1m50 class of the CSI3* competition. It was jumped directly against the clock and Roberto Previtali secured an Italian victory here. Riding Esteban de Hus (by Cornet Obolensky), he recorded a clear round behind his name in 74.58 seconds. This kept him ahead of Emilie Conter who took second place this time. Riding Onslow de Roju (by Diamant de Semilly), she rode a great clear round and stopped the chrono after 76.20 seconds. Emanuele Gaudiano completed the podiim. He took off Chaccobeto (by Chacco-Blue) to jump a clear round in 77.11 seconds.

Jos Verlooy (Perte Totale de Res Nova) and Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli (Dyrka du Carry) completed the top five.
