Martin Fuchs on top of the last CSIO5* 1m50 class of the day in La Baule

In the meantime the last class of the day has been completed in La Baule, France. That was a CSIO5* 1m50 class with separate jump-off. A total eleven combinations were able to qualify for it. The entire top nine stayed double clear and eventually Martin Fuchs became the ultimate winner.

Martin Fuchs had tacked up the well-known The Sinner (v. Sanvaro). In the jump-off they were very quick and they didn't use any more space than they had to. That resulted in a time of 36,51 seconds, which proved to be unbeatable. The French Mathieu Billot came dangerously close though. With his horse H (v. C Indoctro) he finished in a time of 36,81, resulting in a second place.

Harrie Smolders jumped Uricas v/d Kattevennen (v. Urikas) to the third place for the Netherlands. Belgium claimed the fourth place thanks to Wilm Vermeir and Enola Gay of Two Notes Z (v. Emerald van't Ruytershof). The top five was completed by Levy Edward and Catchar Mail (v. Diamant de Semilly).
