The Spanish top rider Juan Matute Guimon has left the intensive care departement this Tuesday and can start his revalidation now, his sister Paula announced the news on Instagram.
The rider collapsed in May after a training due to a brain bleed. In the meanwhile, he had two surgeries, he was kept in a artificial coma but right now he is recovering well".
"My brother is doing very well", Paula states. "He's still weak but he will soon start his revalidation. I know my brother, he will probably be back in the saddle sooner than expected".
