In a jump-off with 21 combinations, riders knew they had to give it their all if they wanted to play a significant role. The leading role was finally reserved for Jos Verlooy. He left all the rails with Luciano van het Geinsteinde (by Quinn vd Heffinck) and finished in 45.07 seconds.
Andres Vereecke followed in second place. He rode D'Artagan RR (by Diamant de Semilly) clear in 45.16 seconds. Emma Stoker and Cornetboy (by Cornet's Stern) completed the top three in third place. They jumped a clear round in 46.73 seconds.
Charlotte Bettendorf (Nabette Z) and Emilie Conter (Balento CS) completed the top five in places four and five.
