Rodrigo Pessoa has talked about seeing his former top horse Baoubet for the first time. "It definitely wasn't love at first sight", the Brazilian rider states.
"The only thing I could think when he came off the truck was 'what the hell is that?'", he says. "Baloubet was too big and seemed to have no control over his body. With let him jump the first day but nothing more because he was so green. The next they we looked at him again because my father thought it was necessary and it seemed like he had corrected all the mistakes he made the day before. I couldn't believe my own eyes!
