At the worldcup competition in Zürich, Zwitserland, the 52-years-old rider, Pius Schwizer, has been honoured the title; 'best Swiss rider of the year'. Last year Schwizer rode to victory at the Zürich worldcup qualifier and the San Giovanni Grand Prix. At the Longines Global Champions Tour in Paris he ended first in the Puissance competition. In Lummen, Belgium, Schwizer and his Swiss team rode for gold at the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup leg.
