Italy finished in last place in Saturday's Challenge Cup yesterday and unfortunately that is not good news for the nation: they will be relegated to EEF Nations Cup Series in 2022.
Their place in first division goes to the Czech Republic, who took victory in the aforementioned EEF Nations Cup Series. Other teams that are sure of their place in first division are Belgium, France, Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and Sweden.
