That is about the double of the second best earning show jumper last month, Kent Farrington. Pius Schwizer can also keep a smile on his face. The Swiss rider saw his bank account grow with about €212,398.00. Although I guess we don't want to know how much costs he had to make... The top five of the best earning riders is completed by Daniel Deusser (€205,761) and Marco Kutscher (€187,645). In total the top ten best earning show jumpers won for about 2,017,057.00 Euro. Looking at their four-legged friends it is sBs-horse, Hello Sanctos (Quasimodo vd Molendreef x Nabab de Rêve) who jumped together the most prize money. With a total of €362,000 he collected about 162,000 Euro more as the Cornet Obolensky-son, Cornet d'Amour. Third best earning horse in May was Dutch Warmblood Voyeur (by Rolano van 't Riehof). The horse jumped together €160,600. Just a small difference with Ryan des Hayettes (by Hugo Gesmeray), who collected €160,000. With the dressage horses it was Hannover Don Johnson FRH (by Don Frederico) who won the most. A total of €49,100 brought the 13-year-old on the first place. Don Auriello (by Don davidoff) followed in a second place, collecting 48,500 Euro. The top 3 is completed by Favourit (by Fidermark I) with a total of 29,400 Euro. Looking it at the riders there is a 'surprizing' outcome. Third best rider is Sönke Tothenberger, earning abut €29,400. Only Isabell Werth (€59,300) and Tinne Vilhelmson Silfven (€50,005) did better. USA's Steffen Peters may also show his white smile. The dressage rider rode together about €23,250 in the last month. And in case you want to know ... If you are in for some earning horses you might choose for Belgian Warmblood. The average BWP horse collects about €2,566 in show jumping. Only Selle Français (€3,264) and KWPN (€3,085) do better. If you compete ressage the KWPN is still a good choise with an average of €2,022 per horse. Only Hannover does better with €2,564 per horse.
