In the French Lyon, not only the showjumpers are entering the show ring this weekend. This evening, the dressage riders rode their Grand Prix Freestyle. This competition counts for the ranking for the World Cup Finale in Omaha. The best riders of the world travelled to Equita Lyon to gain precious points. Yesterday Isabell Werth already won with Weihegold (Don Schrufo), today she won again. With the 11-year old Oldenburger, the German lady rider got a score of 90,09%. Only Edward Gall and Totilas and Charlotte Dujardin with Valegro managed to get a score over 90% in a Kür on music. With her accomplishment today, Werth came close to the world record. That world record is still on the name of Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro and is 94,300%. They got this score in 2014 during London Olympia. The British rider Carl Hester took account of second place with Nip Tuck (Don Ruto). With this 12-year old gelding, Hester was the last one to enter the competition ring. This combination got scored with a beautiful 85,02%. They improved their personal record with this score. Third place was for the Dutch rider Hans Peter Minderhoud and the KWPN-gelding Glock's Johnson TN N.O.P. They got an overall score of 80,22%. The top five was completed by two German lady riders. Fabienne Lütkemeier ended on fourth place with D'Agostino FRH (De Niro). Jessica von Bredow-Werndl ended on fifth place with Zeire-E (Son de Niro). They got scored respectively 79,62% and 79,53%.
