This week-end the Dressage stadium in Haarlemmermeerse Bos will be the decorum for the Dutch Dressage Championships for Juniors, Young Riders and Seniors. Even more the para-equestrians will battle for their championshipstitle as well. This year only the Grand Prix and Kûr freestyle will count for points in the Championships for senior riders. Further this Dutch Championship will count as a last round for the selections from Wim Eres for the World Equestrian Games 2014 in Caen, France. From the 19 horse-rider combinations in the Grand Prix only the top 12 will continue to the Kur. The Grand Prix Special will be ridden by the other horse-rider pairs. Big names in the dressage world have confirmed their participation. Edward Gal with Glock's Undercover N.O.P. and Glock's Voice. Daniêlle Heijkoop with Kingsley Siro N.O.P., Hans Peter Minderhoud with Glock's Johnson TN and Glock's Flirt. Big misser will be Adelinde Cornelissen. Together with Jan Greve and team coach Wim Ernes, Cornelissen has decided to give Jerich Parzival N.O.P. an extra week of rest. This combination has already been selected for the WEG 14 and that is the main goal on the agenda for now.
