New Zealand wins Olympic Qualifier at Tops international Arenav

Today the Tops international arena was the place for some interesting Olympic Qualifier event. In this Designated Olympic Qualifier for Group G New Zealand's team jumped to victory.

For the winning team Samantha McIntosch jumped the best result aboard her 16-year-old Check In (Böckmann's Cordalme Z). McIntosch jumped one rail down and kept it clear in the second round of this Nations cup competition. She was joined by Bruce Goodin in the saddle of Backatorps Danny V (Quasimodo Z), Tom Tarver-Priebe in the saddle of Popeye ad Daniel Meech with Fine (Corlensky G).

With a total of 17 points the Kiwi-team took an advantage of 30 points on the Chinese show jumping riders.  For China it was Zhenqiang Li with the 11-year-old AES-sire, Uncas S (Udarco) who performed the best. The pair jumped together a total of 6 points.

The stage was completed by Hong Kong show jumping riders.
