Jessica Geurts competed Pittman internationally starting in 2020, before handing the reins over to Philippaerts in 2025. The new partnership was an instant success. In September 2025, they jumped to a second-place finish in the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of New York and took eleventh place in the 1.65m Super Grand Prix in Prague.

The gelding kept up his strong form at the top five-star level this year as well. The duo finished third in the 1.60m class in Cannes, landed on the podium again in the 1.60m in Paris, and secured an eighth-place finish in the Grand Prix of Monaco.

Philippaerts shared an emotional farewell to his mount on Instagram: “I will always be grateful for all the unforgettable memories we made together. Thank you, Pittman.” Geurts also looked back fondly on their journey: “Thank you, Pittman, for the countless times you put a smile on my face. And thank you Thibault for making my dreams come true with him.”
