Bertram Allen dominates the Horse and Friends young horses

Also today Ireland's world number 18, Bertram Allen dominates the Horse and Friends Event Young Horses. With the 6-year-old horses Bertram Allen placed second aboard Fairytale 86 (by Verdi). The KWPN-mare and Allen crossed the finish in 28,00 seconds. Only Matheo Gerreira Gomes Correa and Anoush du Chesnay (by Jarnac) did better. Guillaume Foutrier and the 6-year-old Diamant de Semilly-son, Azur de Lannay completed the stage. The combination stopped the clock in 28.52 seconds. Luxembourg's Charlotte Bettendorf and Fee 913 (by For Ever Jump) followed in a fourth place. Yesterday's winner, Cincenetty GJ Z (by Cassiro) completed the top five. The grey mare and rider Jens Vandenberk crossed the finish in 28.85 seconds. It is last year's CSI2* Grand Prix winner, Abdel Saïd who sponsors the young horses at this event. With the 7-year-old horses it was again Bertram Allen and the Clinton I-son, Christy JNR who set the fastest time. The pair finished clear in over 28 seconds. Belgium's Thierry Goffinet and Jonsaunier Dwerse Hagen (by Vertigo Saint-Benoit) stopped the clock in just over 29 seconds, placing as runner-up. Simon Morssinkhof followed in a third place with Notre Star Z (by Numero Uno). The top five was completed by Ines Van den Bosch with Ecoliene (by Warrant) and Derin Dimersoy with Jazzy D (by Toulon) in a fourth and fifth place.
