Bertram Allen continued his winning streak in Stockholm on Sunday, and will need a co-driver home from the Swedish event after winning his second car of the weekend. Yesterday, the Irish rider won the feature class of the day and got the keys to a brand new Volkswagen and today he did it again going to the top in the CSI4* Grand Prix on Quiet Easy (Quidam's Rubin x Zapateado). Only three riders were able to produce double clear rounds in the Grand Prix, and second place went to Germany's Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum on Apsara (Ephebe F. Ever x Calido I) and third place to Norway's Geir Gulliksen - who like Allen has been in top form at the event - with Violetta D (Quinar x Candillo). Michaels-Beerbaum was over two seconds behind on Allen's time in the jump-off. Three Swedish riders also qualified for the jump-off, but Johan Lundh with Miebello (Quite Easy I x Cardento) and Charlotte Mordasini with Tiny Toon Semilly (Diamant de Semilly x Kannan) ended in fourth and fifth while Malin Baryard-Johnsson took the sixth place after having poles down in the jump-off. Jur Vrieling with VDL Zirocco Blue N.O.P (Mr. Blue x Voltaire), Olivier Philippaerts with H&M Legend of Love (Landzauber x Corgraf) and Angelie von Essen with Tinkabell (Casco x Ekstein) all finished on one time penalty in the first round taking the 7th, 8th and 9th place.
