At the international competition in Doha in the Big Tour victory was, without a doubt, for the French rider Roger-Yves Bost. On the back of Castle Forbes Cosma (s. Couleur Rubin) 'Bosty' finished his course in 61:75 seconds. Luciana Diniz and Lennox (s. Lifestyle) followed in second place while the German rider Marco Kutscher and Cash 63 (s. Carthago) ended on the third place. The Dutch rider Jur Vrieling and VDL Bubalu (s. Baloubet du Rouet) made the finish in 64:44 seconds, good for a fifth place.
Earlier that day 'Bosty' already won the Medium Tour-class. Together with Nikyta d'Elle (s. Richebourg) Bosty made the win in the class that was paused halfway because of the accident of Sjeik Ali bin Khalid Al Thani. The rider fell of the horse at Jumping fence number 9 (read our earlier article).
