For the second FEI at International Bromont CSI3*-W, American rider Candice King shines taking first and third place with Balous Day Date and Ferron, respectively. Venezuelan Leopoldo Palacios' course included two difficult double combinations, however, seven pairs made it to the jump-off. The United States dominated this second event getting six of the top 10 places. Rider Candice King leads the event after her first round, clocking in the best time with Balous Day Date for her jump-off round. Ireland's Andrew Bourns, always fast, successfully beats Candice King's time with Venice, but a bar down puts him in fifth place. Russian rider Liubov Kechetova, with Veyron and Balou du Reventon respectively, executes two perfect first rounds, but cannot beat the time. Last on the course on her second mount Ferron, Candice King is still leading the class. She assured herself of third place with a clear round in 44.90 seconds.
